Accessibility Checker
This free tool identifies most accessibility issues in Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Visio. It offers suggestions on how to resolve each issue.
Live captions
This feature captures live events, presentations, and meetings in real-time. It is available in Teams and can be translated into multiple languages. This feature is beneficial for people who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as people who are in noisy environments or who are attending meetings in a language other than their native language.
Screen readers
Screen readers speak the screen contents to people who are blind or have low vision. You can make sure that your content works well with a screen reader by using the Accessibility Checker to check the reading order in PowerPoint.
