Not everyone had a holly and jolly Christmas last weekend. In fact, one man from Minnesota had an extremely disappointing experience that led to a frustrated letter sent to Microsft CEO Satya Nadella via Twitter.
Even though he prefers Mac to Windows, Steve Rosenberg admitted just earlier today that his family bought four new Microsoft products for the holiday, in part to cater to his teenage gamer. After all, everyone knows that not all games are compatible with Mac. His return to Microsoft products left him bitter, however.
According to the letter, he not only experienced getting games like Forza Horizon 3 and Minecraft to work properly, but experienced some difficulty even getting Windows to start upgrading. The issue was eventually resolved with the help of Microsoft support.
The full letter can be read below.
Satya Nadella isn’t the only one that received a tweet. Official Mojang Support responded to Rosenberg’s issue with connecting to Minecraft servers on the Apple TV, stating that it was a topic to send to Apple TV customer support instead.

Rosenberg feels strongly that these ‘failures’ are just a symptom of the grand scheme, urging Nadella to forward the tweeted letter to leaders of their respective departments. Hopefully, the issues will be resolved soon and Rosenberg’s family can enjoy the rest of their holiday with their new toys.
