If you’re on your Xbox right now and trying to access Xbox Live features, you might be having some issues. Apparently, Xbox Live is suffering some outages that are affecting a variety of online features, including joining in multiplayer games and receiving notifications.
Here’s Microsoft’s update:
Hey Xbox members, are you having trouble creating or joining your multiplayer sessions? Are you running into an issue with viewing notifications? We are aware of these issues and are working with our engineers to get this corrected ASAP! Thank you for your patience while we work. We’ll post another update when more information becomes available.
If you want to be notified immediately when when Xbox Live goes back online again, you can head on over to the Xbox Live Status page and sign in with your Microsoft account to proceed. You’ll also need to enter your phone number as well to complete the process.
