Now that Fast Ring and Skip Ahead Insiders both received new Windows 10 preview builds yesterday, Microsoft is now treating Insiders in the Slow Ring with some new bits today. Indeed, the Windows 10 Insider build 17713.1002, which was made available to Fast Ring Insiders earlier this week as a cumulative update for the build 17713 (initially released on July 11) has now started rolling out to Insiders in the Slow Ring.

Compared to the previous Slow Ring build (17692.1004), the build 17713.1002 brings several new features such as media autoplay controls for Microsoft Edge, NotePad improvements including Text Zooming, Web Sign-in to Windows 10, as well as lots of quality fixes. We invite you to check out the Windows Insider blog for the full details.
Even though Skip Ahead Insiders are now testing the next major Windows 10 update codenamed “19H1,” Microsoft is still not done introducing new features in the current development branch. Yesterday, the latest RS5 build for Fast Ring Insiders brought more Microsoft Edge improvements, emoji updates, as well as a new Windows Update experience which should prevent the installation of updates when you’re busy. As usual, Slow Ring Insiders should get access to all these new features over the coming weeks.
