Not long after Microsoft signed a deal with Twitch’s most popular streamer, Ninja, for him to stream exclusively on the service, Twitch has announced a trio of exclusivity deals of its own.

Popular streamers DrLupo, LIRIK, and TimTheTatman have all signed multi-year contracts with the Amazon-owned streaming giant (via gamesindustry.biz). The three streamers are already popular on the service, accounting for a total of more than half a billion views.

The deals were managed by the streamers’ management company, Loaded, which is responsible to many tasks including sponsorship, media licensing, merchandise, partnerships, and more for each streamer. According to its CEO Brandon Freytag:

These professional streamers are a part of the core foundation of Twitch. Each started to stream in 2011/2012 and have built massive and passionate audiences due to their engaging streams and participation in several iconic events throughout the years.

These new deals come only months after Ninja’s move to Mixer, something that has helped Microsoft’s streaming service gain significant traction since. With the new contracts, it appears Amazon wants to keeps its edge over its competition.
