Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings, The Bridge and more to go on sale tomorrow as a part of Summer Spotlight releases

Last month, Microsoft kicked off the Summer Spotlight releases in which we’ll see twenty-five Xbox One games over the course of this month. Yesterday, the company introduced a number of gaming titles as a part of this initiative, including Prototype, Prototype 2, Brothers: a Tale of Two Sons, and several other games.

Additionally, three more gaming titles are set to launch tomorrow, including Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings, The Bridge and Commander Cherry’s Puzzled Journey. Super Mega Baseball and The Bridge are both available for pre-order at the Xbox Store carrying a $19.99 and $9.99 price tag respectively.

The Bridge is a challenging puzzle games which tests your physics skills. The game offers excellent graphics and gets more difficult as you move within the game through more difficult worlds, and more. The official app description says,

The Bridge is a puzzle game that forces the player to reevaluate their preconceptions of physics and perspective. It is M. C. Escher meets Isaac Newton. Manipulate gravity to redefine the ceiling as the floor while venturing through impossible architectures. Explore increasingly difficult worlds, each uniquely detailed and designed to leave the player with a pronounced sense of intellectual accomplishment.

Super Mega Baseball is for every baseball fan out there. The game offers a difficulty system dubbed as “Ego” which the game description states “offers a fine-grained control of difficulty on a per-user basis, which has been widely praised for leveling the playing field in cooperative and competitive modes.” The game also offers a solo playing option, fast gameplay, short load times, full batting and pitching statistics, as well as the ability to play with up to four players in a co-op mode, and more. There’s also a leveling system in which players gain stat points for hits, strikeouts and catches during each game. Players level up when they reach the required number of points.

Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings, The Bridge and Commander Cherry’s Puzzled Journey will all be available for sale on August 14th.
