Back in June, Quantum Break for Windows 10 received an update which added support for disabling V-Sync and more. Ever since then, the Windows 10 version of the game has not gotten many updates, and appears that this will continue to be the case, and no more patches will be coming to Quantum Break on Windows 10.
sorry to hear you are having problems. Its unlikely we release another Win10 patch.

As seen above, the news comes from Thomas Puha, the head of Communications at Remedy and Quantum Break. This tweet is also the result of the complaints of a Quantum Break fan who pointed out that despite a patch which was dropped in July, stuttering, and constant-hitching still occurred within the game.

Other fans had more harsh words and point out that the lack of updates hurts those who purchased the game via the Windows Store. Nonetheless, the folks over at Remedy have shown support for PC Gamers who use Steam. The Quantum Break developers recently announced a new PC only collectors edition of the game, and the fact that Quantum Break will be coming to Steam.
