With news about the Lumia 950 being released on US carrier AT&T this week as well as internationally next week, many Windows 10 Insiders may have expected to hear about an RTM build (final build) of Windows 10 Mobile being released as well.
Unfortunately, Gabe Aul of the Windows team is maintaining the current status quo. For Windows 10 Mobile Insider news, there is nothing new to report. An anxious Insider reached out to Gabe on the heels of the AT&T press release and asked about the possibility of a new build being dropped today. According to Gabe, there is no new build to share today with Insiders.
@NikiGX2 No build news to share today.

While there is no new build for Windows 10 Mobile Insiders planned for today, Gabe mentioned last week that a new build would be released in a few days. Some Insiders, speculated that the latest build coming to Windows 10 Mobile Insiders would be 10586, matching the build number for its PC counterpart.
During our time at Microsoft’s Devices Night 2016, we found confirmation that new devices (Lumia 950 and 950XL specifically) had build 10586 installed, and hopefully nothing drastic has caused that to change. With the AT&T release on the horizon and international pre-orders picking up steam, Mobile Insiders shouldn’t be waiting more than a day or two for build 10586 to surface.
Thanks Nicholas, for the tip!
