As March is almost upon us, the time has finally come for the Xbox team to announce the next games that will be available for free for Xbox Live Gold subscribers. The first Games with Gold on March 1 will be Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion as well as the original Xbox game Star Wars Republic Commando.
Interestingly, this is the second original Xbox Star Wars game to be offered through Games with Gold this year, following Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy this month. Original Xbox titles don’t include achievements and no longer support Xbox Live multiplayer, but Microsoft has enhanced the graphics on Xbox One consoles with increased pixel count by up to 16X on Xbox One X.
The two other Games with Gold for March 2019 are Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, which will both be available for free on March 16. Overall, these four games represent $89.96 in value and 3450 in gamerscore, which is about the same that what we had in February. While we’re at it, we remind you that you have until tomorrow, February 28 to grab Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon and Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy for free before it’s too late.
