Nokia announced two new entry-level devices at Build 2014 earlier this month, powered by the latest Windows Phone 8.1 OS. The handsets are expected to hit emerging markets at first, including Asia and Europe, followed by other countries with an affordable price tag. Both devices will hit the retail shelves globally starting May, and are the first ones to come with Windows Phone 8.1 as their operating system. According to the folks at Pocket-Lint, the Nokia Lumia 630 will be priced at €119 (£100), while the 4G-enabled Lumia 635 will cost €149 (£125). We’ve already seen the price of the Nokia Lumia 630 getting leaked in Italy by Vodafone — it comes with €149.99 price tag, according to the available information. If the above mentioned price are correct, the smartphone is pretty impressive for its cost.
Both devices comes with a similar set of specifications, except the 4G connectivity on the Lumia 635. Both devices rock a 4.5-inch display sporting a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels, and are powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 SoC, 512MB of RAM and 8GB internal storage with a microSD card support of up to 128 GB. Other features include 5MP rear camera, dual-SIM variant, 1,830 mAh battery and runs Windows Phone 8.1 as its operating system.
