Microsoft is starting 2023 off with a highly requested feature coming to Microsoft Teams. A new call setting called “Busy on Busy” is expected to be introduced in February according to the Microsoft Roadmap This call setting will help users manage how calls are handled when they are already in a call or meeting. Users will have the option to play a busy signal, let the call come through, or redirect the call.
Busy on Busy isn’t completely new to Microsoft Teams, administrators have always been able to set policy options on how calls are routed when users are busy through the Microsoft Teams Admin Center. Microsoft is bringing the feature to both Mac and Windows users.
