Popular games have been flooding onto Windows Phone in the past few days, and continuing with that trend, QuizUp beta sign ups have opened up. QuizUp is a popular trivia app which has been on iOS and Android for some time now. It’s worth noting the beta requires users to sign an NDA which prevents sharing any information about the app prior to release.

The app is being developed for both Windows Phone and Windows 8.1 so hopefully it will be easily converted into a Universal App.
Unlike some apps which have gotten press lately, QuizUp is being developed specifically for the Windows platform and isn’t a direct port. Development group Gateway Apps has been building the Windows experience and won’t be leaving any features out of the Windows version of the game, and the app may even support cross-platform gameplay.
