Cloudsix For Dropbox And CamScanner For Windows Phone Receive New Updates – onmsft.com

Cloudsix for Dropbox

Not too long ago, Rudy Huyn released his new Dropbox app dubbed as Cloudsix for Dropbox. The app allows users to make the most of Dropbox on their Windows Phone handset. If you’re a regular user of the app, head over to the Windows Phone Store as the app has picked up its first update that brings a few new changes on board. It’s not just CloudSix for Dropbox, CamScanner also received an update that brings a bunch of enhancements and bug fixes.

The latest update bumps Cloudsix for Dropbox to version 1.1, and introduces a bunch of new features to the app, including a new GIF and JPEG viewer a well as the ability to customize the live tiles design and the side panels colors. It’s not a very big update, but the features introduced may come in handy for several Windows Phone users.

Secondly, CamScanner, a document scanning app, also received an update. The latest update bumps the app to version 2.1.2.10, and comes with a bunch of new features and enhancements, including totally new app icons and user interface, with support for scanning batch of documents at once. The latest update also brings support for the Russian language, and gives users the ability to save the scanned images in the Photos Hub. Here’s a complete change log for the updated CamScanner app:

  • Supports scanning documents in batch mode
  • Newly designed app icons and UI
  • Improved experience to share document PDF via email (OneDrive is not required any more)
  • Now you can save scanned images directly into the Photos Hub
  • Adds the Russian language support
  • Many other improvements and bug fixes.
