In one of the more exciting crossovers in recent memory, the world of the Monkey’s Island classic adventure games comes to the Sea of Thieves starting today, July 20. This collaboration between Rare and Lucasfilm Games comes in the form of three new Tall Tales to be released monthly.
The first of these, “The Journey to Mêlée Island,” is now available. It begins with the search for Guybrush Threepwood and kicks off a journey to the eponymous Mêlée Island and iconic locales from the Monkey’s Island games.
And it wouldn’t be much of a crossover without some new booty. That’s why a new collection of Monkey’s Island-themed items are now available at The Emporium. This includes
- A LeChuck costume set, as well as LeChuck Legacy Weapons
- LeChuck’s Legacy Ship Set
- Piranha Poodle pet
- And more to come!
