It looks like production has started for the second season of Paramount’s Halo television series. This is according to a Twitter update from the show’s official account, in which a group of Spartan cast can be seen decked out in Spartan armor. From left are stars Bentley Kalu, Kate Kennedy, Pablo Schreiber and Natasha Culzac.

As you saw in the tweet above, which was from September 14, season 2 shooting is officially underway. Current shooting is in Iceland, and the show will reportedly return to Budapest, Hungary for shooting in later season production. New cast members for season two include Cristina Rodlo and Joseph Morgan.
No doubt his is an exciting bit of news for fans of the show. Though maligned by some in the Halo community, Halo has become one of the most successful on Paramount+. Season 2 has no release date as of this time.
