Microsoft has officially confirmed that Windows 10 systems facing all sorts of audio problems. The problem occurs only for Windows 10 versions including 20H2, 21H1, and 21H2. The new bug in the Windows 10 affects users differently, some users face audio only on specific ports or devices while other users experience a complete audio blackout, says Microsoft.
The audio problems on the Windows 10 systems causing because of Microsoft’s latest update on the Windows 10 – KB5015878 (via Neowin.net).
Microsoft says that the bug occurs due to two possible reasons, one is users may be disabled ‘audio enhancement settings’ before updating to the KB5015878 version update and the second is there is an issue with the sound drivers and that is why users are facing an audio not working issue.
