WinGo Maps, one of the only unofficial options for Windows 10 Mobile users who want to use Google Maps, has recently received some major improvements in its latest update. This update, dubbed V1.0.712, has added in improvements to Dark mode, fixes for location pointer positioning, and the usual bug fixes.
The WinGo development team offered their thanks to Microsoft when mentioning the new fix for the app’s location pointer. Presumably, the Microsoft development team offered them some tips for helping them polish this relatively important feature in the app.
You can find WinGo on the Windows Store here. It is available for $1.99 and comes with many cool features like Offline map usage, Continuum support, and Cortana support. The app also works on PC, HoloLens, Surface Hub, and Xbox. Feel free to check it out now and let us know how the app is working for you by dropping us a comment below.
