Destiny 2, one of the most-anticipated video games of 2017, is launching today on Xbox One and Playstation 4, and it seems that many gamers have been struggling to play due to high traffic. Developer Bungie has acknowledged the issue, so don’t be surprised if you encouter a sign in on queue when trying to log in (via VentureBeat).

Overall, early reviews of the online-only multiplayer shooter have been positive so far, and Bungie obviously had a lot of pressure to deliver a great sequel to the beloved original game. If you’re not familiar with it, here is the game’s official description:

From the makers of the acclaimed hit game Destiny, comes the much-anticipated sequel. An action shooter that takes you on an epic journey across the solar system. Humanity’s last safe city has fallen to an overwhelming invasion force, led by Ghaul, the imposing commander of the brutal Red Legion. He has stripped the city’s Guardians of their power, and forced the survivors to flee. You will venture to mysterious, unexplored worlds of our solar system to discover an arsenal of weapons and devastating new combat abilities. To defeat the Red Legion and confront Ghaul, you must reunite humanity’s scattered heroes, stand together, and fight back to reclaim our home.

Destiny 2 is available in three editions on the Xbox Store, the $59.99 Launch Edition , the $89.99 Game + Expansion Pass bundle and the $99.99 Digital Deluxe Edition bundle. For now, Bungie did not announce that the game will be enhanced for the Xbox One X, though we hope it will be at some point. As for PC gamers, the game will be released on Windows on October 24, and will be exclusive to Blizzard Entertainment’s Battle.net service.
