Xbox Cloud Gaming

Xbox Cloud Gaming went down twice yesterday, July 28. Hours after some issue prevented players from launching games via the cloud, the problem returned with some gamers being able to launch certain games only to be booted out moments later. The problem seemed to be confined to the Americas.

The Xbox Support Twitter account acknowledged the issues, advising users to stay tuned to the Xbox Status Page while the issues were being identified and resolved.

Some hours later an update post announced that the issues were fixed and Xbox Cloud Gaming was once again up and running, though some users were still reporting problems at that time.

The post did not go into detail as to what exactly caused Xbox Cloud Gaming to go down.

Do you play games using Xbox Cloud Gaming? If so, did you experience any issues playing games on the cloud yesterday? Let us know in comments.
