The Sling app has updated to Version 2.0.242.0 on Windows 10 and Version 101.0.205.0 on Xbox One and has added Cloud DVR functionality. This feature essentially allows users to record TV shows, save them to the cloud, and then watch them on-demand on any of their devices with the Sling app installed. This is particularly a boon for Xbox One console owners as DVR has long been a feature that many have been wanting to see. Sling’s Cloud DVR feature will cost $5 a month to activate the feature.
