We’re not seeing it on our end just yet, so it seems Microsoft is making this a gradual rollout for the time being. The new feature is the result of frequent user feedback, as noted on Microsoft’s Sticky Notes Twitter account:
Sticky Notes is rolling out a new feature to Insiders Fast! In 3.7.68, we have added back a quick way to show or hide all opened notes, via the jump list! ???? Right click on the icon in the task bar to bring up this menu. You asked and we listened, thanks for the great feedback. pic.twitter.com/JjGS13adHM

Microsoft has made other recent changes to Sticky Notes in recent months. Last month, the company introduced localized naming in markets where English isn’t the primary language. The company also brought back Ink Analysis for handwritten text recognition recently as well.
