After moving the Windows 10 PC build 16291 to the Slow Ring earlier today, the Windows Insider team is now doing the same for the Windows 10 Mobile build 15252. This is the last mobile build that was released on the Fast Ring a week ago, and it brought a couple of fixes as well as all the improvements from this month’s Patch Tuesday update.
We have also released Build 15252 for Mobile to #WindowsInsiders in the Slow ring https://t.co/Mk6qm1Yu0I

You can find the full changelog below:
- This build includes all the improvements from KB4038788.
- In preparation for the release of the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, the product version number has been updated to 1709 just like PC.
- We fixed an issue where, on powering the screen off/on, high demand for CPU could cause several apps to crash. Background processing of photos is an example of high CPU demand. In a photo shoot session, you may have seen the Camera app crash.
- We fixed an issue with the Messaging app where conversation text was displayed incorrectly. Thanks to our Insiders that quickly highlighted this issue.
If Fast Ring and Slow Ring Insiders are currently on the same page on mobile, Microsoft is also rolling out the PC build 16296 to Fast Ring Insiders today. Head of the Windows Insider Dona Sarkar told us to get ready for a very busy next few days, and this faster release cycle should hopefully be very exciting.
