While some people have already received the Windows 10 Creators Update on their Windows 10 Mobile device, Microsoft’s Dona Sarkar today took to Twitter to announce that the rollout of the update has now formally begun and that all Windows phone owners with compatible devices should begin getting the latest version of the operating system in the near future. “For those waiting for the Mobile Creators Update, that’s rolling out in waves across regions now,” her tweet read.

As Sakar says, the update is being pushed out in waves so not everyone will be getting it at once. The Creators Update itself doesn’t really bring any major changes to Windows phones and is mostly designed to improve stability and usability.
