Following the release of build 14379 to Windows Insiders on the Fast Ring for Windows 10 Mobile, it appears that the next build to be released could possibly be build 14383.

A download URL discovered by WalkingCat provides the Windows 10 Mobile Emulator software, which is running build 14383, a build that has yet to be released to Windows Insiders at the time of this post.

The Windows 10 Mobile Emulator is used to assist developers in creating apps, without actually needing a physical device. It helps them test functions such as NFC, proximity detection as well as other various features – essentially, running a Windows 10 Mobile device on your PC in a virtualised environment.

All that we know is coming in a future build so far is a workaround for expiration notices, which may make its way into 14383.

The emulator with build 14383 can be downloaded here.
