Microsoft is making good progress on Windows 10 version 2004 (20H1), which is expected to be released in April or May. Today, the company announced that IT admins can now distribute the 20H1 build 19041.84 through Microsoft’s Windows Update Server Services (WSUS).
As a reminder, the build 19041 84 is the latest 20H1 build released two weeks ago for Slow Ring Insiders, and the Windows Insider team said that it “contains the latest security fixes for organizations to prepare for releasing Windows 10 version 2004 in their organizations.”
Microsoft also made the build 19041.84 available as an ISO file yesterday. If you haven’t been able to download this latest ISO, the Windows Insider team is aware of an issue and it should be fixed soon.
We have reports of some users hitting a "validating your request…" message when trying to download the latest #WindowsInsider ISO. It's a service-side issue that we're tackling. We'll let you know when it's fixed! pic.twitter.com/FliWMtc0bT

We don’t know yet if this the “final” build that will start rolling out to all Windows 10 users later this Spring, but Microsoft may continue to service it with cumulative updates until the public release. It’s also worth noting that Microsoft has yet to make the 20H1 update available for Insiders on the Release Preview ring. We hope get more information during the next Windows Insider webcast, which will be on Tuesday, March 3 at 10 AM PDT.
