Microsoft’s Windows Insider team is rolling out a new cumulative update to Slow Ring Insiders testing Windows 10 20H1, also known as Windows 10 version 2004. Today’s release is the build 19041.21, which is a minor update including what Microsoft describes as “quality improvements.”
Most notably, Slow Ring Insiders can expect:
- Security updates to Windows App Platform and Frameworks, Windows Input and Composition, Windows Graphics, Microsoft Scripting Engine, .NET Framework, Windows Cryptography, Windows Subsystem for Linux, Windows Peripherals, Windows Storage and Filesystems, and Windows Server.
It will be interesting to see if Microsoft continues servicing the 20H1 build 19041 with more cumulative updates, suggesting that it is indeed the final build of the 20H1 development branch. Anyway, Slow Ring Insiders can except more minor updates in the coming weeks as Microsoft adds finishing touches to the next major Windows 10 update shipping later this Spring.
