Heads up Windows Insiders, the Windows 10 19H1 build 18305 is now available for all of you in the Fast Ring. This build was teased yesterday in a Windows Kernel blog post that mentioned a new Windows Sandbox feature, and we’re still waiting to see if it’s included in this build. Microsoft has yet to publish the release notes, and the build is still installing on our end.

The Windows Sandbox feature will allow Windows admins to test untrusted apps in a completely sandboxed environnment that’s more convenient to use than a traditional virtual machine. Microsoft said yesterday that Windows Sandbox will be restricted to Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise, and it’s one of those features that could well push Windows 10 Home users to upgrade.

Stay tuned to OnMSFT as we’ll dig into the release notes once Microsoft finally publishes the blog post!
