Visual StudioFollowing its announcement two weeks ago during the Connect() event, Visual Studio Tools for the Unity 2.0 Preview engine is now available for download by users.  VTSU is an extension that allows deeper programming and debugging abilities when working with Unity, the popular game development software.

\

VTSU offers myriad new abilities to users, combining power and flexibility to bring greater control to developers with regards to their work. These new features include Code Coloration for Unity’s shaders on Visual Studio 2015 preview, and a changed visualization mode which presents users with a cleaner visual experience, making dense work far easier. This visualization changes impacts collections and objects in particular. In addition, debugger attributes are now supported, along with automatic debugger collection.

\

In all, these changes are designed to make for an easier development process and improve the Unity experience markedly.
