Transformers: Fall of Cybertron has been re-released on the Xbox One. The game was initially released on the Xbox 360 back in 2012 and has now had its graphics and game engine upgraded for the current gaming console generation.
Here’s the official description: TRANSFORMERS: Fall of Cybertron transports you to the final days of the planet Cybertron where you will experience the darkest hours of the apocalyptic war between the Autobots and Decepticons. Embark on an adrenaline-fueled journey through a wide range of missions and massive environments designed around each character’s unique abilities.

This is not a backwards compatible title, but a proper re-release of a last-gen game with new save files and new Xbox Achievements. Fall of Cybertron’s precursor, War of Cybertron, also came out on Xbox 360 but there has been no confirmation of it getting a re-release as well.
