The preview version of the Telegram Messenger app has updated on Windows phones with the new call functionality that was teased recently for mobile and was made available on PC two weeks ago.
The preview app is used to test features so this call ability will likely come to the regular Telegram Messenger app on Windows 10 Mobile in the very near future.
