Xbox One with Kinect

Microsoft has further integrated their Xbox Fitness and Microsoft Health apps to create a more comprehensive workout experience. The latest update to Xbox Fitness for the Xbox One connects it to Microsoft Health and allows you to sync your workouts.

Xbox Fitness utilizes the Kinect to track body movement, heart rate, and effort to guide you through workouts such as Insanity, P90X, Metamorphosis, and more. Throughout your workout you receive immediate feedback and guidance based on the readings from the Kinect. For those seeking to have digital personal trainer, Xbox Fitness is one of the best you can get.

Microsoft Health can now sync with guided workouts at home or abroad due to its latest integration with Xbox Fitness and its already existing connection to the Microsoft Band. With this update Microsoft continues to position themselves well in the fitness market. People that want a little help with their workouts now have a variety of devices and applications from Microsoft to choose from.
