In case you missed it, the Windows 10 Mobile version of the Windows 10 Anniversary Update finally dropped earlier today for some users. So, if you’re lucky enough to already have the update, the folks over at Skype would like you to know that you can try out the new Skype Preview app as part of your updated Windows 10 Mobile experience.

SkypePreview

Overall, the Skype Preview app has been redesigned, and takes advantage of the Universal Windows Platform to work seamlessly from your mobile device. To access the app, all you need to do is swipe right from the start screen and head over to your list of apps, and tap on Skype Preview. As part of the Anniversary Update, the app should have installed automatically, but in the event that the app is not there, you can download Skype Preview from the link below for free.

As part of the new Skype Preview experience, you will see your entire Skype conversation history, where you can talk face to face on a call, message your friends, and send new emotions all in one central hub.  You also can enjoy a group video call, or the traditional voice calls from the app. More importantly, in the new Skype Preview you can also quick reply to messages directly from  your notifications without even opening the app.

So, what are your thoughts on the Skype Preview app? Let us know what you think by dropping us a comment below!
