PrimeVine lets users watch Vine videos and explore the video-sharing network on Windows 8

Vine is one such application that doesn’t require any introduction. The short video creation service from Twitter has a dedicated mobile app across all major mobile platforms, including Windows Phone, giving users the ability to create looping videos of six seconds. If you happen to be a Windows 8 user, and want to view videos on Vine in a simple way, take a look at PrimeVine.

PrimeVine is a third-party client that lets users watch looping Vine videos easily on Windows 8 PC. Along with watching videos, PrimeVine lets users sign in with their account and explore the posts done by others, check out different channels, get in touch with other people, report videos to Vine and other social networks, search for users, and much more.

“The best way see and share life in motion. PrimeVine is the first and only fully featured Vine Client for Windows 8 devices. Watch short, beautiful, looping videos in a simple and fun way. PrimeVine is 100% Free,” according to the app description. Here’s the complete list of features of PrimeVine:

  • Sign in using email and Twitter accounts
  • Explore popular posts and channels
  • Search for users and hashtags
  • Instantly re-post videos on Vine and share to social networks
  • Find, follow and interact with people close to you.
  • Pin and search tags to home screen

The company did launch a web version of the service, but I don’t think it can come close to the simple and clean interface offered by the PrimeVine application. If you’re a Vine addict, head over to the Windows Store and download the application – its free. Also share you reviews about the application in the comments below!
