Today marks Microsoft Inspire 2017, the company’s annual premier event for partners, bringing together 16,000 attendees from around the globe for week-long sessions and segments about networking, learning, and more. After the main Vision Keynote for the event ended, Microsoft took to Twitter to highlight a few facts about its partner ecosystem, one of which is that every $1 of Microsoft revenue brings a return of $9.01 for Microsoft partners.

Other noteworthy tidbits include the fact that 95% of Microsoft’s commercial revenue comes from partners. Additionally, 17 million people are employed by Microsoft’s partners from around the globe, with Microsoft having more cloud partners than Amazon Web Services, Google, and Salesforce combined. Interestingly, the Redmond giant also noted that Microsoft partners earn 19% higher margins than the partners of the next closest competitor.
It’s definitely powerful and delightful to see that Microsoft partners are able to take full advantage of everything Microsoft has to offer.
