Just yesterday, many Windows Insiders were reporting they were receiving warning messages about their Insider settings being reverted. Head of the Insider Program Dona Sarkar initially said that the team would look into the issue, and long behold, it has finally been resolved.
Yes, we fixed the rings issue on our side. If anyone is still seeing the "You've been removed from Skip Ahead" message, please ping me. There have been NO changes to your rings. https://t.co/NYjp1rcOcI

Sarkar is reassuring Windows Insiders that the issue with rings has been fixed on Microsoft’s side, and anyone still getting notifications about it should contact her to let her know. She also noted that Windows Insiders have NOT had their rings changed, despite what the initial notifications suggested.
It’s good to hear that Microsoft has fixed this issue, but the Windows Insider team still has a lot of work on their hands. The release candidate for the upcoming build with the Windows Timeline feature still has some problems, and the team will need the weekend to do some more internal testing.
As always, best to keep tuned to OnMSFT for more in the days ahead. We might be seeing a new build next week and things will be getting very exciting, and you won’t want to miss any of the action.
