Microsoft has finally released the RTM build of Windows 10 Mobile to Insiders today, bringing with it more bug fixes and performance improvements. This build being the RTM is the one that has been pre-loaded onto new Lumia devices, and will be the build that rolls out to the general public very soon. Insiders are being encouraged to test the build and make sure it’s ready for public consumption.

Microsoft has been testing build 10586 internally for weeks now. With Threshold 2 launching for desktops last week, it’s about time Microsoft released the same build for mobile too. You can check for updates now via Windows Update on your device, if you can’t see the update just yet give it some time as the update is rolling out in waves, as per usual.

Windows 10 Mobile has come a long way since the first Insider build was released back in February. Although many are still not happy with the overall progression of Windows 10 Mobile, it has matured a lot over the last couple months leading up to the RTM build. Performance is good, and bugs have been ironed out. What are your thoughts on this new build? Let us know below.
