Microsoft just released Windows 10 Insider preview build 14383 for Mobile and PC as it readies the Windows 10 Anniversary update, set to release on August 2nd. But Microsoft has not only made the beta bits available, they’ve also released the latest Software Development Kit for this latest build, which we’ve come across thanks to the eagle eyes of WalkingCat:

Yesterday, we told you that the prolific Microsoft watcher had already found an emulator for build 14383, and now he’s (?) gone a step further and found the link to the SDK.
So if you’re looking to develop against an almost-ready version of Windows 10 including most of the Anniversary Update bits, you can download the SDK from the link in the tweet above and happy coding!
Update: Microsoft just published their official blog post on the Preview Build 14383 SDK release. Here are some notes:
- We are getting close to Windows 10 Anniversary Update on August 2nd, 2016. It is a great time to start testing end to end with all the new APIs Windows 10 Anniversary Update provides.
- This is still a pre-release build of the SDK. While the EULA does state this is an RTM release, it is not. This release does not have a go-live license. Apps built with this SDK will not be allowed to be on-boarded to the store.
