After waiting a day to check out the data, Dona Sarkar has pushed the red button and released Windows 10 Insider build 17040 for Fast Ring Insiders on PC. The new build includes improvements to Settings, the Touch keyboard, and handwriting, as well as a bunch of fixes and minor improvements.
