It’s Dona Sarkar’s birthday today and members of the Windows Insider team are just fresh off a webcast, but that does not mean they can rest! Microsoft has just released Windows 10 Insider Preview build 16278 to the PCs of Fast Ring Insiders.

This time, the release is for Fast Ring Insiders only and won’t be available for those who have chosen to Skip Ahead. It also comes after Microsoft pulled a surprise and pushed out pushed out Windows 10 Insider Preview build 16275 for PC & build 15245 for Mobile last week.
Again, these Fast Ring builds are now more focused on stabilization, and not new features, so don’t expect much! Microsoft is now at the point where they would like to perfect the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update for a wider release for the rest of the world.
