Microsoft plans to release new features for To-Do

Microsoft To-Do, the company’s new task manager app is set to receive several new features in the coming months. The company shares some details about its product roadmap on the dedicated UserVoice website, and the list of 14 items that the team is currently working on is quite exciting (via Thurrott.com).

You can expect Microsoft To-Do to soon let you share lists with other users, create sub tasks and integrate To-Do with Cortana and Outlook. The Redmond giant is also working to fix sync issues and improving offline mode. A Mac app is also in the pipeline, which is good news for Mac users having to use the web app.

These are just some of the new features that Microsoft is planning to bring to its new task manager app, and we invite you to check the UserVoice website to help the company prioritize new features. To-Do is set to replace the more competent Wunderlist app at some point, but we still think that the app doesn’t get all the attention it deserves. Compared to the Microsoft Launcher which recently passed 10 million downloads on the Google Play Store, the Microsoft To-Do Android app lags behind with less than 1 million downloads as of this writing.
