Microsoft reportedly pushes more ads to its products and services
A user has reported receiving a full-page ad for Microsoft 365 Family plan, but that the ad didn’t allow the user to close the ad. Instead, selecting the option to decline the offer resulted in being directed to a payment screen. The ad was shown on Windows 10 and reportedly prevented the user booting into their desktop.
ChatGPT-4 could be coming to Bing Search soon
A new report has said that a new version of ChatGPT, named ChatGPT-4, could be on its way to Microsoft’s Bing in the coming weeks, integrating ChatGPT into Bing for the first time. Additionally, some users have reportedly received an early version of Bing’s ChatGPT upgrade.
Microsoft to remove over 40 games from the Xbox 360 marketplace next week
Next week will see more than 40 games removed from the Xbox 360 marketplace, which has raised questions over the ability to maintain access and purchase classic games in a more digital world. Whilst some games are available through backwards compatibility, others aren’t.
Microsoft’s Windows 10 licenses are no longer on sale
As Microsoft gets into the stride of phasing out Windows 10, it has now officially ended sales of Windows 10 licenses, in a push to encourage uptake of Windows 11, its latest operating system.
