A little bit of housekeeping for the Microsoft team, as they advance into the final leg of the Fall Creators Update’s development process. It was announced that the team will no longer – at least for the remainder of this update cycle – be listing general known issues in their update blog posts.
Not missing. Since we're releasing builds more quickly and we're stabilizing, not listing them.

This comes as a result of the fact that builds are starting to release much more quickly than usual, and Microsoft will be updating so often that they don’t need to put down every little thing. That said, Microsoft will still continue to list significant bugs that will have “high impact” on “a large portion of insiders.”
For something that will cause high impact issues for a large portion of Insiders, yes. Otherwise, no.
