U.S. and Canadian citizens waiting anxiously to purchase a Lumia 950 XL and jealous of European buyers getting a free Display Dock can relax a little. Microsoft is offering the same deal to the U.S. and Canada, as the following Microsoft Store screenshot can attest.
It’s looking like a Lumia 950 XL-only deal, and there’s the typical “while supplies last caveat.” Consider the following terms, though:

It’s fascinating that the deal starts on 11/25/2015, isn’t it? Makes one wonder if that’s when Microsoft is planning to release the Lumia 950 XL, or certainly at least no earlier than that (unless they update the terms, of course). It’s all speculation at this point, but so far that’s all we have to go by in this rather confusing and confounding release.,
