During the E3 expo in Los Angeles, Microsoft announced its plans for an Xbox Music service which will work not only on the Xbox entertainment console, but also on the Windows 8 and Windows Phone platform. In a video demo, Microsoft showcased this new service.
Xbox Music features the familiar Metro style interface and features some of the re-branded Zune features such as the Zune Smart DJ. Microsoft hopes to achieve a higher position on the entertainment mark with more features and services revolving around its Xbox entertainment console. Take a look at the video demo below:
