LinkedIn already has many Talent solutions to help companies finding the best candidates for a job, but the professional social network still lacked an all-in-one solution that could streamline the hiring process. Enter Talent Hub, a new tool that leverages LinkedIn existing products such as Recruiter and Jobs to let companies to seamlessly source, manage and hire in the same platform.
“Designed with the needs of mid-sized companies in mind, Talent Hub gives hiring teams complete visibility into every stage of the hiring process and how candidates have engaged with your company,” the company explained in a blog post yesterday. “It also uses the actions, skills, and experience of all half a billion LinkedIn members to deliver insights about your candidates, the talent pool, and the market at every stage of the hiring process.”
LinkedIn is currently testing Talent Hub is 20 customers, but the company plans to launch a pilot program for its new Talent solution in January. Talent Hub is expected to be generally available next year, but companies can already join a waitlist on this page.
