Yesterday, Microsoft released the latest Windows 11 build 25188 to the Dev Channel which featured a new touch keyboard setting, and set the Windows Terminal to be the default terminal on top of the usual fixes. But aside from that, Microsoft seems to also be testing a new feature with the latest build, animated settings icons as spotted by Rafael Rivera on Twitter. Quite similar to the more fluent taskbar animation on login that Microsoft was recently A/B testing
Microsoft is experimenting with the idea of animating Settings navigation icons (vso/feature 34878152, Windows Insider Build 25188)

Per the GIF attached to the tweet, we can see the animated settings icons as he scrolls down the Settings page and places the cursor on each of the options. This could be an indication that we are likely to get the feature in future updates.
