Facebook has rolled out an update to the Messenger app (formerly known as Facebook Messenger) for Windows Phone. This latest update bumps the version number to 9.0.5.0 and simply adds performance improvements making the app respond faster.
This update is rather minor but will still be appreciated by those who use the app. Back in November, Facebook rolled out an update to the app adding the ability to message people who are not Facebook friends. That particular update also added colorful drawings and text-to-photos from photos in your camera roll before you send them.
