The popular video game, Borderlands 3, is completely free to play on Xbox One consoles this weekend for anyone with an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.
The free-play period will last until the end of Sunday the 24th and, as with previous free-play weekends, the full game will be accessible for players and the title has been temporarily discounted within the store for those who like what they see this weekend and want to play more.
Now is a pretty good time to get into Borderlands 3 as the game’s first campaign add-on is set to launch next month on December 19th. This add-on will add a new location, new gear, and a variety of other additional content.
Borderlands 3 launched just 2 months ago on Xbox One where it quickly sold over 5 million copies within its first five days.
