Despite teases earlier in this week that we might be seeing a new build this week complete with Windows Timeline, Dona Sarkar has just revealed there won’t be any new flights this week. It’s a bit of a letdown, yes, but the delay comes because Microsoft wants to ensure the best possible experience for all Windows Insiders.
“#WindowsInsiders, we are not flighting today. This build is VERY important and we want to ensure the best possible experience for you. We’re going to continue to work on a few things over the weekend. We'll have more info early next week. Thank you! <3

This now means it has been almost a month (the day before Thanksgiving) since Windows Insiders have had a new build to play with. There have been issues with UWP apps, and the need to fix internal issues with builds since the last release of build 17046
Anyway, this build is indeed very important since it is set to include Windows Timeline, so it’s best to let the Windows Insider team crunch their data and give us the best experience possible. You’ll have to wait maybe until Monday or Tuesday for a new build, but feel free to check out a demo of Windows Timeline in the meantime.
