As of April 28th, there are 65,468 apps in the Windows Store. The number of apps have gone up significantly over the past month, seeing over 10,000 apps being added to the Store. Of course, one can always argue the old “quality vs quantity” aspect of the Windows Store, but we won’t go into that. As you can see from the screenshot below, based on data from MetroStore Scanner, the Windows Store saw a steady increase in apps this month.
